Cancellation – Refund Policy:

Subscription Fees

• Credit card holder’s account is automatically charged on the same date as the original transaction date on each corresponding year.

• Rights to the Daily Update is effective only upon payment of the subscription fees.
• ETFsectorfundinvesting.com may increase subscription fees for a subsequent subscription period at any time and for any reason, provided, however, that ETFsectorfundinvesting.com provides notice at least thirty (30) calendar days prior to the expiration of the subscription.

Cancelling Account

• You can cancel your annual subscription within the first ten (10) calendar days.
• The only valid method for canceling your subscription is via e-mail.

Refunds

• Subscription fees are non-refundable; except that you may cancel renewed subscription by contacting ETFsectorfundinvesting.com within ten (10) calendar days after renewal date and receive a full refund of the new subscription fees.
• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
